Commercial Painter
The Commercial Painter Apprenticeship program is designed to provide aspiring painters with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry. Throughout the program, apprentices will learn how to properly prepare surfaces for painting, apply paint, and use a variety of painting tools and equipment. They will also learn how to mix paints and match colors, as well as the techniques for painting a variety of surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and trim. Apprentices will receive a combination of hands-on training, classroom instruction, and on-the-job experience to help them develop the necessary skills and knowledge. As a commercial painter apprentice, they will play a critical role in enhancing the appearance of various buildings in commercial, institutional, and industrial settings.
Coating Application Specialist
The Coating Application Specialist Apprenticeship program is designed to prepare individuals with the knowledge and skills required to become experts in the application of various coatings to different surfaces. Apprentices will learn how to properly prepare surfaces for coating, apply coatings, and perform quality control checks to ensure proper adhesion, thickness, and overall appearance. They will receive a combination of hands-on training, classroom instruction, and on-the-job experience to help them develop the necessary skills and knowledge. As a coating application specialist apprentice, they will play a critical role in the construction and maintenance of buildings, bridges, pipelines, and other infrastructure. They will work with a variety of coating materials including paints, varnishes, epoxies, and other specialized coatings to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal.
Drywall Finisher
The Drywall Finisher Apprenticeship program is designed to provide aspiring drywall finishers with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry. Throughout the program, apprentices will learn how to prepare surfaces for painting and finishing, apply and smooth out drywall compound, and sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish. They will receive a combination of hands-on training, classroom instruction, and on-the-job experience to help them develop the necessary skills and knowledge. As a drywall finisher apprentice, they will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of drywall installation and finishing in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Glazier
Our Glazier Apprenticeship program is designed to train individuals in the specialized skill of working with glass. Throughout the program, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to learn how to cut, install, replace, and remove glass for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. You'll receive a combination of hands-on training, classroom instruction, and on-the-job experience to help you develop the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career. As a glazier apprentice, you'll be involved in a variety of projects, from installing windows in skyscrapers to creating intricate designs with decorative glass. You'll play a critical role in the construction and maintenance of buildings, helping to provide safe and aesthetically pleasing structures for communities.
Glassworker
The Glassworker Apprenticeship program is designed to provide aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the glass industry. Throughout the program, apprentices will learn how to fabricate, install, and maintain various types of glass products, including windows, doors, mirrors, and specialty glass for residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They will receive a combination of hands-on training, classroom instruction, and on-the-job experience to help them develop the necessary skills and knowledge. As a glassworker apprentice, they will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and aesthetic appeal of buildings and equipment.
Sign Technician
The Sign Technician Apprenticeship program is designed to provide aspiring sign technicians with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry. Throughout the program, apprentices will learn how to properly install and maintain signs, lettering, and graphics on various surfaces such as buildings, vehicles, and billboards. They will receive a combination of hands-on training, classroom instruction, and on-the-job experience to help them develop the necessary skills and knowledge. As a sign technician apprentice, they will play a critical role in ensuring that signs are safely and securely installed, meet all necessary regulations, and effectively communicate their intended message. Apprentices will also learn how to troubleshoot and repair signs when necessary.
