You'll receive a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and on-the-job experience to help you develop the necessary skills to handle various situations, such as responding to emergency calls, patrolling assigned areas, conducting investigations, and making arrests. As a police officer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining public safety and ensuring that your community is a safe place to live and work.
